Re: LTC IPO. What effect upon CTGI? Here again is ballpark estimate of effect of coming LTC IPO (presumptive exchange, Nasdaq) upon CTGI share price. The 2008 calculation is arithmetically extrapolated from the IPO scenario offered by CSMG in 2006. (The company's 2006 estimate, based on $5.00 IPO, translates to $7+/sh CTGI.) Below find a simple proportionate model posted here several months ago. The updated 2008 model assumes CSMG retains 55% of LTC and sells 3 million shares LTC IPO @ $10 each. An industry-average book value multiplier takes CTGI into double digits.
