I am curious, once the SEC gets involved, do they go after the head of the snake or do they go for the whole body? The reason I ask is simply there are more in this scam aside from The Beebers. We cannot forget the behind the scenes people you know the officers of the company that have been disappearing from sight of late that facilitated the scam. We have, John H Beebe, Michael Varley, Ed Villarreal, Lynn Bartholomew, Lamar Lindsey, Frank Claycomb, Robert Boothe and lets not leave out our former Unbiased Mod, Tim, PQL, or after he done his own Reverse Split (LOL) Ryan Industries. I am sure more could be added, Steve Carnes, Ed Miers and the list goes on. Will the SEC go after them as a group or individually or just the Beebers?
I understand there might be some counts of mail fraud being looked at as well. So the next question would be, who turns on whom first? Will they be in adjoining cells?
