Actually, that isn't a filing, but rather a posting on pinksheets.com.
Ludlow China, or any of its affiliates have never held a long or short
position in GLCC, and don't invest in non-reporting issues. They state
revenues are up 45%, but up to where. They offer no actiual dollar values.
We have forward the issue off to our legal counsel.

All posts are my opinion. I may be wrong, but I doubt it.
Please contribute to the "Stratey get out of jail fund". Maybe we can turn it around and put some REAL criminals in jail!!!
