This may explain the sell-off this week and last, based on a phone conversation I had about it with the company.......

Mr. Stein got a call from a shareholder at the beginning of last week. The caller was apologizing, but had called to inform the company he needed to sell enough shares to raise $75K because he had gotten himself into a financial crisis (foreclosure? Business collapse?).

He wanted to alert the company he would be selling, as he needed the cash ASAP and was hoping the company knew someone who could pick them up to insure they ended up in "long" hands rather than flippers. From what I can tell of the action, it would appear most of his selling has ended up in either "long" hands, or with an MM who's holding them for the highest bidder.......it is certainly not any insider sales, as no Form 4's filed, and the company has assured me all insider shares remain restricted

I think this must therefore be the guy behind all the shares dumped. Since he's trying to move enough to capture the $75K needed, he's probably selling at the BID rather than trying to hold out at the ASK, to insure he raises enough cash............and a great opportunity for others to accummulate

That's all I know at this point. As for me, still holding, waiting for word on the pending approvals to head this back north where it belongs
