As PRed, It's being worked on. It too was a stipulation for sum 10MIL investment. I believe it will be audited..In the same sentence, they may deciede to go back 'private'. I 'DON'T' believe that....Too much time effort and money to go public to turn around and throw that away. There has been a rocky road to this far for sure.(IMO)I believe life goes on, the filings will be done, they will be audited..and the PPS will recover. I think they will 'BUY' out the "restricted NONdilution, "TAX EXEMPT" divi shares. I've done hours of research on these companys for months. So, that's my thoughts/feelings, we'll see in the next three weeks how it plays out.Regards,CaptD.
