SolarBrook is currently in joint venture negations with a Chinese business for the full line of SolarBrook products. In the last month, staff members from SolarBrook have met in China with managers of the Chinese business and the SolarBrook consultant for the China market to develop a working agreement. The agreement is expected to be consummated in July 2008.

... They seem to be dumping shares to pay the settlement debt.
If the chinese JV deal gets delayed a couple months, and coicides with a Code Blue approval by the SFDA in september's revision,... Then KABOOM !
... Another BUT: the O/S is nearing 1 billion. If the A/S were 1 billion, an R/S could come, and maybe that would kill the stock, or would give the last "dip" to 0.0004/0.0005 by September, right before the SFDA approval for the Code Blue.
EYII has the distribution rights for the Code Blue, but I find it dangerous to invest through EYII into the Code Blue speculation. Specially if SWPC goes down to a price near EYII.
I think EYII could loose the $0.0001 BID during the summer, and I would pick a Lotto, but I would put 70% into SWPC at 0.0005 and 30% into EYII at 0.0001. And then hope for a x150 BAGGER ! LOL !
