It is not clear really what Blue Diamond might use them (buildings) for, firewood perhaps. it is a bit premature at this point anyway however. As far as 'conversion cost' i think this is a moot point. the recent post by nightwish from mr. waight (http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=30774572) confirmed and it has been clearly documented now that ownership has not yet been achived and the buildings are in a state of disrepair, meaning time for the site man to bring in the dozier.
