And why would that be? It is done much more often than not. In fact, in the legitimate world of buyouts, it is almost always done. It is only in the dark world of penny stock "secret buyout offers" that it is not. lol. And for good reason, most of the "buyout offers" are nothing but scams.
You can not mention the parties (Companies) involved in a buyout.
