The good...

-Low share structure. Share structure as of July 8, 2008

116,717,727 total issued and outstanding shares.
300,000,000 total authorized shares.

-T/A is not gagged.

-At least one (1) well is producing from my conversation with other wells in the works.

-Geoffrey Lowndes Evett is the CEO. Do a Google search on him. He is in Switzerland.

-Website is back up.

The bad......

No PR in months.

The risk is no PR's. The reward is a PR showing well production and run into multi pennies just like many oil and gas stocks. Depending on the PR who knows how high.
