The BK Judge approved the Mining Contract and the BK Judge gave White Star permission to work the mine.

The Judge vacated the Default on the Mineral Lease Contracts and will allow Gwenco to extract coal.

Bad news:
No mining until July 21st.
This Order shall become FINAL on July 21, 2008 as to each lease and executory
