First of all we are only the transfer agent for Blue Diamond ventures and have no involvement or opinion on the company or its operations.

Re- the messages below-

What I did actually say was that “people who invest in penny stocks should be prepared to lose their money as a penny stock investment is highly speculative by nature.”

I do not have time to read everything on the internet, but you might check and see that the people who sued the company (EREX) and myself had the lawsuit dismissed with prejudice.

As you can see, if you check, I am President of the Transfer Agency which is regulated by the SEC and I am also licensed by FINRA as a registered person with a broker –dealer.

I have never had any regulatory body bring any charges against me whatsoever and we are very much in business, which I am sure is more than I can say for some of those that write this garbage anonymously on the internet.
