.<font color=green>MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT RULING!
I know we will all have a wonderful 4th of July weekend now! The judge just ruled on the MSJ's and things look sweet for MOSH!!!
This is all the info I got:
1. PXD's MSJ was denied.
2. Woodsides Conspiracy MSJ was denied
3. Woodsides Aiding and abetting MSJ granted
4. JPM's MSJ "granted in part"
After hearing this big news all I can say is WOW.... WOW... WOW! Nice to know the just denied all of PXD's motions. Thinks are looking sweeter for MOSH every fringing day.
