stocksablaze. In case you haven't seen this you should check it out then make your own judgement call. Please check and verify all information below yourself. It is very easy to do. Phone numbers and some links are provided. Also read the PR's. GLTA.

- RCCH did attend the invitation only EPA EXPO in Washington, DC on May 20th, 21st and 22nd. Great exposure to the global market. This was also shown on Voice Of America.

-Voice of America Includes RCC/IWS System in EPA Washington Science. The Voice of America, which first went on the air in 1942, is a multimedia international broadcasting service funded by the U.S. government through the Broadcasting Board of Governors. VOA broadcasts more than 1,000 hours of news, information, educational, and cultural programming every week to an estimated worldwide audience of more than 115 million people.

-Partnership with Baida Finance Group. Mr. Ngai Keong is amoung other things, Director and President of the China Division of RCC Holdings Corp. (RCCH)
This is just one (1) of Baida's projects.
Baida Finance Group is working jointly with Ominico Singapore Pte Ltd to develop the largest refinery project (APAR) in Saudi Arabia. This project includes an oil refinery plant with a capacity of 400,000 barrels per day, a petrochemical complex with a capacity of 250,000 tons per month, an oil terminal holding up to 1 million tons and transport up to 2 million tons of oil, and a port capable of handling up to 5 million tons of cargo every year. Baida Finance Group will provide US$ 800 million for this project and receive 40% shares of the venture.

-Uplisting to an International Exchange. Good bye Pinkies. LOL.
The Board of Directors of RCC Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:RCCH) announces that it is gathering information to complete its application to an internationally based exchange. Further information and estimated cutover dates to the new exchange will be provided no later than third quarter, 2008 after documentation is completed. The Board has directed that the transfer occur as soon as possible.

-Going International...RCC/IWS is pleased to announce an agreement to provide water and wastewater treatment solutions to Caribbean Private Investment Corporation ("CPIC"). CPIC is an international business company. CPIC and their associates have been involved in international projects since 1965.

-"Eye On America" Hosted by Greg Gumbel will be doing a nationally broadcasted TV event on RCCH/IWS.

- $5-$7 Millions of dollars in revenue in first quarter 2008. Profit expected to exceed 50%. Per PR.

-Estimated revenue for calendar year 2008 sales to $15,000,000.00. As always RCCH uses conservative estimates.

-No outside company debt found. Principle have been putting up their own money.

-T/A is not gagged. Shares REDUCED from 312,900,000 +/- shares issued and outstanding to 281,709,000 as of July 1, 2008. (469) 633-0101

-Company is open and will take investors calls. (909) 483-6500

-Lakeside Equipment Company brought into RCCH for construction and engineering (03/11/2008). RCCH will now be able to support capacities in the millions of gallons per day in volume. Lakeside has representation throughout the United States as well as outside the USA. Domestic and International.

-No PR had ever shown revenue only what States they are working on and various shareholder updates. That changed in a big way on February 7, 2008 when the final permit was issued. Much more HUGE news will continue IMO.

-Huge systems worth millions of dollars. Revenue could be huge and expected (by me) to be 100's of million of dollars within the next 12-18 months.

-Revenue does not stop once the systems are built. RCCH continues to receive residual income for managing, maintaining and updating all sites. These are not build them and leave them systems.

-They have been working for years to get these final permits. The final permit is similar to an auditing process where all engineering documents that were even previously approved are reviewed. Final permit done Feb.7, 2008.

-Now two (2) States are completed, Montana and North Carolina. Many more States should be close behind. At least six (6) more States to be added short term per the first PR release. Very good. Many more to come.

-Could be many, many, large overseas accounts as well. Four (4) countries in the works that we know of per the first PR. Short term.

-All quarterly reports have been submitted up to September 30th. First quarter 2008 report will show some of the progress.

-RCCH/IWS systems are the only systems that are EPA approved to be double stacked. EPA and DEQ approvals are huge.

-Systems are typically for developments of 350 homes and up and commercial facilities. Towns, cities etc. but can be used for any sized project large or small. Can do millions of gallons per day.

-Solid company with approvals from both the State (DEQ) and Federal Government (EPA) levels. Can't get better recommendations then approvals from the Governments of the USA.

-Per filing on 11/07/2007 the A/S is 2.5 billion.

Information is taken from the RCCH quarterly report ending September 30, 2007, from calling the T/A on July 1, 2008, PR's and various State and the EPA government websites. GLTA.
