It all makes sense.

I was happy when GL started leaning towards micro-loans, but now we have the capability of being in the full-fledged banking business.

Good deal for ABC; opens thousands of additional banking outlets cheaply - loan applications, ATM's, etc.

IEXPAY (PR/June 5, 2008) now has a legitimate network and a friendly uncle. Check21 same.

Also, Chinese banks have been given official approval to sell stocks. Progress is slow, but it's coming.
