With your update, I must thank you again as I just got off the phone from speaking to Mr. Windell Middleton in Belize at the number of 011-501-822-3737 at the Belize Trade and Investment Development Service (BELTRAIDE).

He confirmed what you posted here about BLDV "currently" being in negotiations with the country of Belize. As far as he knows, he is not sure if any deals have been closed as of yet as he said that he doesn't know any of the details. He just knows that the negotiations are very real.

I also have 3 other phone numbers within the Ministry of Finance in Belize that is suppose to give me more information of which all were busy from when I just called.

I'm just getting back in town and I am probably going to get back at it come Monday.
