Intersecurity Holdings Corp. Subsidiary BG2000 Signs New Security Contract
BUDAPEST, Hungary, Jun 05, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Intersecurity Holdings Corporation's (OTC PK: IXSV) wholly owned subsidiary BG2000 KFT is pleased to announce that the company has signed a new security contract with City Logistics. The contract calls BG2000 to supply security personnel for a City Logistics facility in Budapest. The first installment of the contract calls for payment to BG2000 of $160,000. If completed successfully the contract will be extended to an $800,000 per year service contract. The first security project is in a large logistic center in Budapest, Hungary. The facility is located on the main highway to Romania and Serbia, the M-5.
