nightdaytrader, Gandur was very serious when he talked about the block 1 right purchase events.

He told that Addax has been very insistent regarding the purchase of the block 1 rights and had to come back a number of times to XOM before obtaining their approval. Gandur said that in the end, when they got the rights, XOM people said: "here are the rights, now go away, don't bother us anymore, leave us alone". No guarantee for the exact wording but that's what Gandur told happened.
