Power,
MJXC preaches "patent pending" on their version of the Safe-T-Bar and the Safe-T-Gard (a sister product to the S-1 Gard). Actually MJXC's "Bar" is also a sister product to a "roll bar" that was purportedly tested by NHTSA back in '92. Unfortunately, NHTSA has theoretical reservations about both bars (it might separate the child's spine in a serious frontal impact), which I believe are unfounded. NHTSA's warning to interested school districts in response to Majestic's marketing efforts was the school district would be subject to a fine if they modified NHTSA's approved design. Typical government horses#!t. What they need to do is test the friggin bar, which they had promised to do back in 1998. That's why Majestic invested its efforts there in the first place. For the past year they've been focused on the Gard, which has worked well. They will probably make a reasonable profit on the STG if they could sell some of them, but I fail to see the S1G supporting the company. 1,800 S-1s over 18 months is only 100 a month. How much can they make on a sales commission? The S-1 is simply a piece of polyuruthane, probably made for fifty bucks or so, and sold for $100-150 to the distributor, which then marks it up by another 50% or so, to say $300. What can MJXC take, another $50-100? $10,000/mo does little more than bring the price/sales ration to a little under 3. Which actually isn't that bad, but the PSI would be 30 at only 7 cents a share. Besides, the S-1 sales contracts are still pie in the sky. MJXC needs sorely to get something going if the investors are to make out. I'm not certain if the company cares a lot. They'll just reverse split, then issue more shares to sell. I have no more hope for this company's survival. I only hope the MMs decide to run the stock a little prior to the RS.
