ADCS Share Structure Issues, Reviewed. IMO.
((1st off, I really enjoy reading what you folks type here. Especially the comedians LOL! ....My returning here is part of the highlight of going online…….oh and um,,this includes Pumpers and Nay Sayers -LOL!))
Share structure: 5,000,000,000 total authorized per Nevada S.O.S. effective June 2, 2008
470,000,000 authorized common per the company's March 13 press release
OS-467,738,681 current as of June 2, 2008 per joenatural
OS-383,263,681 as of May 29, 2008 per balihi
OS-359,913,681 as of May 21, 2008 per joenatural
OS-250,913,681 as of April 29, 2008
OS-223,663,681 as of February 29, 2008
OS-est. 250,000 after the reverse split in Dec. 2007
From the Above, (Taken from the iBox of this page), I’ve studied that the 5’Billion shares are not necessarily what has been thrown at the investors, but rather what has been made available to ADCS.
(Known it or not)
Therefore, 5'Billion shares are “Authorized” to ADCS, for their disposal (I mean usage)..>8^}... Thereby, “IF” needed to raise capital, they’ll simply pour a portion of the “Authorized Shares” (Reservoir), into the OS-pool for trading .
However, the “Actual” shares allocated for “Trading” or deemed “Common” is 470’Million and once again, it is from this pool of shares that WE're buying and selling from.
We’re all lead to believe through Released PR’s that this “Talent Project” can have participants from anywhere in the world (Per $25 signup fee) from a “Global” perspective, that’s potentially a hell of a $25 fees received ---WOW!
Now, let do some math here; (assuming all things Legit)
If ADCS was to dump all 5 Billions shares of their AS into the OS, this generally means, in an ideal since, that about 5 billion shareholders (worldwide) can “each” only own “ONE SHARE” of this stock!
You and I know the likely chances of this happening is well beyond being “Far and few between” if ever at all –LOL!
I’d guess that 97% of all investors who’d buy this stock, would get at least 50000 share at these prices and that’s grossly putting it mildly.
But in using those figures, if 5 billion shares were to be divided into 50000 blocks of shares, then only 100 thousand shareholders (Worldwide) would have them.
Playing with these numbers yet further, I get if 5 Billion shares were divided into 500000 blocks of shares, then only 10 thousand shareholders (Worldwide) would have them.
Or if I really want to get cocky, about 1 million shareowners can own about 5000 shares each for the total of 5 billion shares that are OS.
Now, when I think about the possible numbers of new investors in this stock, (again assuming all things legit) and being that this project is potentially a world wide event, I can figure the above 5 billion shares, if represented as OS, would be quite small.
Ironically, this shad some light on this otherwise assumed scam practices of this stock, whereas, it can also mean that ADCS/VSTARR expects this project to be that dayum big and have anticipated needing 5 billion shares under their wings to keep up with the calculated (worldwide) demands when this operation takes flight.
Now I might be wrong with this parallel analysis, as it’s nothing more that MY OWN speculation or Opinion, “limited” by my current knowledge.
But as I learn more and more about the by-laws and other underlying laws, inside and outside of the SEC, regarding these pink companies and above, I’m beginning to think less and less as a greedy investor and more as a curious diplomat…>=^}…..LOL!
Someone said a few posts ago, that stocks like these are best from flipping.
Sadly to admit, those who’ve done so are likely not the ones pissed off at the seemingly sudden PPS dip. Well, unless they became bag holders after a “Flip FLOP” -LOL!
I was about to cash in on this stock and call it quits.
But after a long night tossing and turning while having a nightmare regarding this stock, I’ve decided to keep it. In fact, I think I’ll actually buy more. At these prices, it’s short money and I’ve already done a lot worst playing the state lottery, which I have yet to win 0001 percent of what I’ve lost -LOL!
I’ve been watching these ADCS/VSTARR players and in spite of the PPS dip, I think they’re onto something.
But what I think doesn’t mean a damn thing compared to what ADCS/VSTARR thinks and I’ve been careful not to let my emotions get in the way of the fact that BE.
WE ALL can sit here and finger up all we want, as we fill this forum when what we and others sharing like-views, wants to hear.
There are many Vectors here with each sending the point of views to and from their NODES of thought (or assumptions). I admit being no different.
But I will stay until it’s wins or dies… In either case, Lessons will be learned and used when making further investment choices.
All that was stated, was of my own opinion and should be taken lightly, if at all.
