Again, please deal with FACTS. When Peter took us private and merged RXProcessing into RXPC Inc., he was looking at a 106-1 ratio if memory serves me correctly. He then decided that he would make it an even 1-1, as all who have received their certs would know. I believe he did that just to keep people like yourself from trying to crucify him, although that hasn't worked as your posts prove. The idea behind the 106-1 was to have a very tight SS, not to dilute anyone to nothing as you keep trying to imply. It makes no difference if you have one share worth a $1.06 or 106 worth .01, and that is what he was looking at. By reducing shares you also reduce the amount of manipulation by MMs and other unscrupulous players.

As for me defending him, he is my friend. I know mistakes have been made, but that doesn't make him less of a friend. I value friendships more than MONEY. I understand what he has been through and where he wants to go, and I will support him and RXPC Inc. You have the right to do what you want, but your incessant ranting about his character and abilities is nothing more than sour grapes. The website is generating sales daily and the economy is going to continue to create customers. Many businesses fail, but RXPC Inc is still alive and swinging, and from what I see there is still a bright future.
