Testing Lows..
Dow opens bullish, but topped out at 12,500, then drops back to yesterday's lows at 12,350.
Look for more range movement between 12,340 and 12,550 before a clear directional move is seen. We will continue to watch the development of the large triangle pattern for longer term direction.
Recap:- The Daily and Weekly Charts show Dow in process of building out a massive triangle pattern. This pattern has a back end of 2,600 points, which means a breakout from this range could ultimately move the index 2,600 points from the breakout level.
This pattern has the potential to really move the market over the next several months; it will be quite a move to look out for and could very well occur given the mostly sideways-to-down movement over the last year. Watch this pattern intently.
