Artificial Life, Inc. Releases Mobile Productivity Tool: MobileBooster
Monday June 2, 8:00 am ET
Further Expands Product Portfolio for 3G Environments

HONG KONG, June 2, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Hong Kong-based Artificial Life, Inc. (OTC BB:ALIF.OB - News), a leading full service provider of award-winning mobile 3G technology and applications, announced today the release of their latest mobile technology product: MobileBooster(tm).

MobileBooster(tm) is a development tool and platform for mobile 3G (and 2G) applications and games that greatly facilitates the mobile roll-out process. It targets and supports mobile operators and carriers, production studios, media companies and mobile aggregators in their roll-out and distribution process. The web-based platform organizes and automates build and roll-out management for mobile products by managing and keeping concise records of handsets, operators, and aggregators as well as product and project information. When using the MobileBooster(tm) the many tedious tasks involved in roll-out are automated, thus greatly reducing the risk of human error. The MobileBooster(tm) allows for higher quality, more comprehensive build organization and coverage, fewer errors, faster production, and more focused and customizable client support.

MobileBooster(tm) delivers a centralized repository for storing all mobile builds. Builds cover everything from master or ``key'' builds, to different grades, right down to individual handset specific ports. Utilizing its handset knowledge base, the platform immediately identifies which handsets are covered by key builds and do not require a specific port. The platform is internationalized and supports language specific builds. Similarly, the platform can be configured to deliver all required builds for operators or aggregators based on target handset lists required by operators associated with them. In the global mobile industry with multiple languages, thousands of handsets, and hundreds of operators-rolling out a global product can be a daunting task, however with a tool such as the MobileBooster(tm) available the entire process is much more streamlined and easily managed. The MobileBooster(tm) is indispensable for ``boosting'' the productivity of the many tasks that are involved in the global launch of mobile products.

MobileBooster(tm) comes pre-populated with over 500 unique handset types and associated attributes and the coverage is constantly expanding. Once a project specific deployment scenario is mapped out, all future deployments are a breeze.

In addition to the handset specifications, the knowledge management component allows concise tracking of handset specific issues that affect porting to specific devices. Additionally, the platform exposes a client facing WAP portal accessible to authenticated users. The portal is a way to prepare builds for review and approval by clients in a secure, efficient, and easy to use way.

The MobileBooster(tm) tool suite is a drop-in addition to existing product development cycles, including release management, porting, and back-filling tasks. The benefits of MobileBooster(tm) include boosting productivity, reducing workload that is associated with preparing builds for roll-out, simplifying the organizational complexity of build management, and eliminating errors from the process of porting and roll-out. MobileBooster(tm) is designed as an optional extension of Artificial Life's cutting edge SEMP (Smart Engine Mobile Platform).

``The mobile world is moving towards 3G and 4G networks. Hence there is a strong demand for supporting productivity platforms. We first built MobileBooster(tm) for our internal needs. However, ever since we have been using it our production cycles have shortened dramatically, thereby increasing our returns. We are now selling MobileBooster(tm) as part of our Smart Engine Platform 3.0. Further productivity tools will be released in the future,'' said Eberhard Schoeneburg, CEO of Artificial Life, Inc.
