My PSL 9 Picks

1) AYSI.OB - Not much I can say about this one, that hasn’t already been said. They did earn .068 in the latest quarter; even with the nice size run it is still cheap trading at a PE less then 9 if those results are annualized.

2) CXPO.OB - this stock is the cheapest energy stock out there. If take out the gain and hedges and tax those earnings at 40%. You get roughly $1.70 for the last quarter. That is trading at a PE less then 2. I say that is a bargain.

3) JCTCF - Trading a little bit over book value. Seasonally strong quarter ahead, not in love with the industry, but if they earn .35-.40, you have to figure they get a run to at least $10 at some point.

4) NSYS – Earned .23 last quarter fully taxed, that is a PE of 8 going forward. Stock Trades Near Book. Backlog was very strong. .23 was seasonable weak quarter; this one could do .30 next quarters. Has the makings of a teenager and is trading in the $7’s.

5) SGZH.OB – Earned .55 Pro Forma, stock even with recent run. Is trading waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too low. I’m negative on china stocks, but there are always exceptions to everything this is the best of the bunch in my opinion. Could report even better results in the future. Look destined for at least $20.

6) ZYNX.OB – Recently sold my position in ZYNX.OB do to A/R going through the roof, however, they did give a reasonable excuse in the 10q, which I missed when I originally sold it. I see some flags (But don’t think they are red) will probably buyback though at some point.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
