Majestic (fka mjxc)

HerdMan. I thought it was pretty much common knowledge that
Majestic does not own any part of PTSI. To my knowledge they are not related in any way other than the fact that they bought the rights to sell the S1-Gard to schools. Of course they also renamed it the Safe-T-Gard. In the PR's MJXC states that the product was jointly developed by "both" companies, meaning they are separate. I don't think MJXC had much to do with developing it though because it has been around longer than MJXC has. The only other relationship I can see is that MJXC has also became a salesman for the original S1-Gard and is marketing that to the transit industry.
