I James Krilich resign as a member of the Board of Directors of Umining Company.
As UMNG approaches hopefully the closure of the African iron ore concession - that will hugely benefit all stock holders, I see this as a good time to depart. I forsee the company being uplisted and with its future success a huge increase in demands on the competence of all the Members of the Board of Directors in corporate governance and compliance to recent SEC reporting requirements and standards.
Frankly I do not want more stress - at the age of 63 - I want to return to the simple obligation of taking care of my wife, who is a 100 percent disbled veteran - suffering from Agent Orange Lymphoma.
Also I want to return to the environment of total individudal freedom of independent investing in the mining and oil industries; traveling to investment conventions, and traveling to places around the world that I have always wanted to see.
Being offered no financial benefit to continue to serve on the Board, and with the UMNG company provided no insurance to its Board members from potential lawsuits, and receiving no reinbursments for my numerous business trips, I believe it prudent at this time, to eliminate the unlimited risk I had placed my estate under by serving on the UMNG Board of Directors.
I am confident that the major stock holders will find younger and more eager talent to fill my shoes.
I and my family members will continue to hold our UMNG shares and look forward to a robust return - which regretably is very much in the red.
This resignation from the Board of Directors of Umining Company is effective immediately.
