It was lapsed b/c it expired in 2008 last time. They just renewed it and now it expires in 2009 so we are definitely active now. And I dont know about severe.lol NV SOS's fees are a measly 60 bucks when you are late. DE Seems the most hefty. Dont know what WA is but if its just a few months I cant imagine it being more than 100 bucks.
