That would totaly surprise me is that happened. It would be totalt stupid to do a tol. As the Dinar inches up and over the next 18 months they sign deals with 70 oil company's ... as soon as they start pumping the first three of four oil company's oil ... thats when the Dinar will start to increase in large increments.
