These guys have two strikes with me now.
One was the failure to file the proper forms to increase the A/S and selling unregistered shares.
Two is the fact that the O/S is false in the filing.
From the filing...
As of April 11, 2008, the Company had 196,294,078 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

Contacted the T/A and got the share structure info.
I was not happy to learn that the A/S has been increased and they NEVER FILED IT, as far as i can tell.
O/S = 293,223,214
A/S = 400,000,000
