Any attack, accusation, or derogatory remark, made by any beneficiary about another beneficiary, Foundation Company (including its staff), or the Republic of Panama (including its officials), will not be tolerated; as it threatens the integrity and privacy of the Foundation and its beneficiaries. This sort of behavior will result in the beneficiary being designated as “not in good standing”, and will result in an immediate suspension of their login privileges to the PDR Exchange, Inc., followed by legal charges being filed for the removal of the beneficiary, who is “not in good standing”, from the Foundation, for a period of 10-years, with possible damages owed to the Foundation.
