I have to say that I was taken aback upon hearing of the RS. If anything, I thought we would have a FS. I recommend that we wait to see what this trades at and what the PR announcing the merger and BVRG launch says. I would guess we will see this any time now since the share structure is now public. Lets see what happens here.

Success is easy...you just do the right thing the right way at the right time.
