Anyway, I'm hoping there's enough smoke to mean there's some fire, who knows.

I'm far from feeling rosy about this situation, but this partial org. chart makes me think Neomedia is at least a bit more than 'all smoke and mirrors'.

Atlanta has a nice tech job market going and qualified folks are more than able to find jobs with bona fide companies.

It seems a stretch to me to think that all of these professional people would hitch their fortunes to a 'smoke and mirrors' wagon. Look at where they come from, notes provided. All smart enough to do some DD on a future employer. Why would folks of this caliber sign on with a flameout?
