Well, HAS been.

I think there's a strong chance that some are working hard to make a go of things, which would certainly take Neomedia out of the 'facade' category.

I look at Chip Hoffman's resume` and I see capabilities and successful experience in a business not completely unlike our own. (mBlox/SMS)

I look at what Frank Pazera seems to bring to the party with his own capabilities + his resource Tatum, as well as the compensation they are able to command, and I see the potential for big deals requiring such expertise.(big deals besides nasty filings I hope)

I look at people like Marc Lefar and the others on the advisory committee, and Terry Griffin our VP of Mktng, and I see people aligning themselves with Neomedia who could certainly align themselves with a lot of 'elsewheres'.

Whether or not they'll succeed and whether or not we will get to enjoy the success if they do are the big questions which remain to be answered. It could in fact be 'too late' for us. We're part of an unwieldy number of spoken-for shares.

But I do seriously think there is real work going on, and I also seriously hope that some of what is going on isn't a time-killing exercise to put some time-distance between some of the sins of Past Management & Friends and a yet-to-be-disclosed action taken by the entity who holds all the cards.
