Did some more digging and came up with some interesting stuff.

A firm, Icarus investments, entered into an agreement with Jeff Galpern, (who turns out is a major con-man), to sell 5,333,333 shares of STSM at a negotiated price. Now, Galpern was not supposed to sell any stock unless he was authorized by Icarus investments to do so. Galpern is now being sued by Icarus Investments. You can read all about it here:
