LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 21, 2002--Interspace Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:ITET - news), announced today that the winning numbers for the Planetlotto Draw held on Friday, January 18, 2002, were - 2 - 22 - 24 - 36 - 39 - 41 in ascending order, with 35 as the Planet Ball. There were no Jackpot winners for the Planetlotto or Bonus play jackpot(s). The minimum guaranteed Planetlotto jackpot is estimated at $5,200,000 USD for the second draw. The Bonus play guaranteed jackpot will remain, as always, at $40,000,000 USD for the second draw. The next draw is scheduled for Friday, January 25, 2002. Last entries for this Draw will be taken at 14.55 Central European Time (CET) January 25, 2002, one hour before the beginning of the Draw sequence. Entries after 14.55 (CET) will be entered for the following Draw.

All lottery draws are observed by Ernst & Young AG -- Ernst & Young Aktiengesellschaft, Vaduz, a member of the International accounting firm Ernst & Young.
