I am posting this link so that you may see how James (Jim) Dial, President and CEO of GFCI/FTXN/UERI conducts arms length transactions in his world of Pinkie Scams.
These documents are Public Record Copies of agreements signed by James (“Jim”) Dial, CEO and President of UERI, James (“Jim”) Dial, President and CEO of FTXN, & Herbert C. Pohlmann, Jr., Manager of HCP Investments, LLC, A Florida Limited Liability Company in May/June of 2007. I would suggest turning off your pop up blocker when you visit the site and download the documents.
Doc #’s 2, 3, 4, & 5 are copies of one Agreement.
Doc #’s 7, 8, & 9 are the 1st page copy of the other agreements.
The other pages are similar to Doc #’s 3, 4, & 5. If anyone wants them I can scan and upload them.
Doc #6 is a search document for UERI.
