From doing a little DD, the new CEO of SRSR that was just announced, Scott Keevil, is the son of the billionaire named Norman Keevil.

Norman Keevil is the Chairman & majority shareholder of Teck Cominco.

Norman B. Keevil joined the Board of Teck Corporation in 1963 and was a member of the Board of Cominco from 1986 to the date of the merger. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. Sc.) and the University of California at Berkeley (Ph. D.). He received an honorary LL.D from the University of B.C. in May, 1993.

He was Vice-President Exploration at Teck Corporation from 1962 to 1968, Executive Vice-President from 1968, President and Chief Executive Officer from 1981 to 2001 and is presently Chairman of the Board of Teck Cominco. He is a lifetime director of the Mining Association of Canada. Dr. Keevil was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in January, 2004. Dr. Keevil is a resident of West Vancouver, B.C., Canada and is 69.

~SRSR Conversation with Investor relations saturday night and then again this morning.

Lorne Dingle...

1) I asked about Scott Keevil and if he had any relationship with Norman Keevil. Answer: Yes, he is Normans son.Lorne has known scott for more than 10 years.

2) Confirmed the share structure as it reads in SRSR IHUB ibox.

3) Asked about Scotts' mining background, Lorne said he was involved with project in Indonesia previously.

4) Asked about the possibilities of the share structure remaining in tact, Lorne said right now there is no reason to add any shares or do financing down at these levels.I asked about Big Apple and he felt they are about out of shares or already done.

5) Asked about new financials or will they stay current and he said Yes.So I would expect to see some more filings soon.These will not be audited.I asked about debt ,and was told there is very little debt.Seeing that in a new filing would be great.

6) Discussed making sure the transfer agent was open to investors, he said he understands how important that is but wouldn't want them hammered with phone calls. I have worked out an arrangement with Lorne where one shareholder would be able to call and verify numbers.

7) From my 2 conversations with Lorne,I believe him to be genuine, non hype type person.So far he seems very credible.
