Buzz Technologies, a Chinese company specializing in telecommunications and internet-related products, has launched a multilingual web browser that provides one-click translations into 11 languages including Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German, French, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Dutch, Greek and English.

Buzz's browser is web-based as opposed to PC-based. The company says that its browser will also deliver free SMS and VoIP services. Buzz has signed worldwide distribution agreements with Google, Time Warner, Beijng Telecom and Fujisan.

Buzz is also planning on adding multilingual email to its Virtual PC service.

The browser is available for download on its website at www.12buzz.com.
