My company's going public.
Hello everyone!
Im a consultant for a company called Pure Romance Inc. Last year they began exploring the possibility of going public but have yet to finalize anything. Can someone provide me with insight as to how this might be done. Also, when it happens i want to be able to invest in the company myself. From my online research i believe its in my best interest to open an online brokerage account, but it seems that there are many to choose from. Who should i go with, keeping in mind i have no experience at all with investing.

Well i contacted a friend in accounting. She didn't provide me with a company name but told me the company's financial statements have been provided to someone for review. I asked if she knew who, and she said the persons name is Ivo Heiden. That's all i could get so far. I'm waiting for a few more return calls.

Hey! Ivo Heiden is CEO of Zaxis. Regarding financials. Companies are now required by the SEC to provide financials for shareholder review once the merger is complete. Im not sure the time frame, but i believe it is within a few months after the merger is announced. I need to dig up more specifics information on that. I picked up 10000 shares today and might pick a few more up tomorrow. I recommend you pick up a small lot of the company if you can. I have a feeling we will all be greatly rewarded.
