You're correct in that there aren't any options. Even if there were CHNR options, I'm guessing the puts would be really expensive right now.

As far as the stock, there are about 1.5 million shares in the float and yesterday alone, almost nine million shares traded. No doubt this stock succumbed to the supply/demand curve vs. reacting to anything fundamental. At $44, I wouldn't mind shorting a few and taking that risk but there aren't any shares available to short right now.

I'm not saying anything good or bad about the stock. It is what it is.
