Management Team

Arthur G. Dauber, age 63, has been President and Chairman of the Board since October 1984. From 1966 through 1984, Mr. Dauber was employed by the General Electric Company where he held positions in general management, strategic planning and manufacturing. He also completed General Electric's Manufacturing Management Program. Mr. Dauber holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.

John H. Untereker, 57 has been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M&I Electric Industries, Inc. since May, 2005. For the previous 25 years, he has held senior management positions at Omnicare, Inc., Omni Energy Services Corp., Petroleum Helicopters, Inc., Lend Lease Trucks Inc. and NL Industries. Mr. Untereker was an Audit Manager with Coopers and Lybrand in New York and is a CPA. He is a graduate of Williams College and holds an MBA from Iona College.

Neal T. Hare, age 60, is the Chief Operating Officer of AETI and has been with M & I since January 1992. Mr. Hare's service in the energy industry spans 38 years with 10 years as Vice President of Operations-Ross Hill Controls (DC Oilfield Drives) and Vice President of Operations-Powell Electrical Manufacturing (Switchgear and Controls). Mr. Hare has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal State-Long Beach.

James J Steffek, age 58, Executive Vice President is responsible for remote operations in Singapore and Xian China and international business development including Canada, Asia, South America and the Middle East. He has been employed by the company since September 1973 with initial responsibilities including project management, engineering, and sales. Since 1980 he has served as Senior Vice president with areas of responsibility included operations, sales, marketing and remote operations in Singapore and Mississippi. Prior to joining M&I, he worked for Continental Controls Corp. as a project engineer. Mr. Steffek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston.

Charles Dauber, age 38, was named Senior Vice President in March 2007, with responsibilities for World-wide Sales and Marketing. Mr. Dauber joined AETI from Nevis Networks, a start-up company with operations in Silicon Valley and India, where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Nevis, he was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for Blue Coat Systems (NASDAQ: BCSI) where he was responsible for the company's successful re-positioning and re-launch, resulting in $150 million in annual revenues and a 2,000 percent increase in the market capitalization. Mr. Dauber previously was the CEO of a broadband services start-up and served in management roles with Copper Mountain Networks and Teradyne in the US and in Asia. Dauber earned a bachelor of business administration with concentrations in electrical engineering and marketing from the University of Texas at Austin
