Morning JJ,
Of late I've been VERY busy. Being 10-Q season and the business I'm in I'm sure you'll understand. I have some feelers out but nothing so far. The last 10-Q filed on time so I'm puzzled why we are filing late this time. I asked John if he could undate me on the MM paperwork as well as the 10-Q filing. I had to leave a message but hes usually pretty good at getting back with me. Last time I spoke to him he and I were under the impression that the process of clearing MM paperwork did not take all that long. Also that there were a number of interested MMs. Plus shortly before we cleared at the NASD I called to see if there was already a form 211 on file (MM paperwork). There was. SOOOOO whats the hold up at this point????? I have not called back to ask recently if the form 211 was rejected or the MM changed their mind.
The length of time this is taking is getting a little frustrating but I have not sold. KEEP $$$MILING!
