HEY MYDDDOTCOM....
this stock has had a string of bad luck. The lastest one dealing with the share count is just another "pick" at TGHI by NASDAQ. I find it very odd that just as this is getting ready to re-list the NASD comes up with another "red flag". To my knowledge this problem with the stock count had never been "red flagged" before. Even when a number of filings had occured. I've spoken to John lately and e-mailed Mint. Mint told that a lawyer has been working on counting up those shares. However he couldn't give a time frame. John also gave
me the same information. We have been keeping up on the filings so if and when this does become resolved we should be a go. I also believe you may be correct about Jacques being out of the picture. IMHO while Jacques was a good deal maker I believe some of John's anger with not relisting may have finally manifested themselves with Jacques not being there because of the problems he caused. At present I'm not sure where this all leaves us. On one hand we still appear close or the cusp of re-listing and on the other hand not.
I'll have to say I feel tempted to load up while the price is
this low knowing where the company is going and all. But I need something a little more concrete these days to get the urge to buy again. I've been here for a mighty long time. And
while I have made some money I still own a large % of my shares. Hopefully we will see some movement soon and 1st quarter 2002 will bring some good news.
