Hello :) This board was recommended by a poster on the DVFA board. It was thought that someone may know the answer or could provide some help to another poster that is having a problem getting his R/M-R/S shares converted and made available to him. Does anybody know if there are any regulations governing time for a broker to deliver/convert shares of the new stock after a R/S and symbol name change. My situation involves TQWI did a 1200:1 R/S into DVFA. Its been since 08/20/07 and I havent received my shares while some shareholders at other brokers have and My broker has told me there was some paperwork error. They are saying that it will be at least two more weeks? Is all this Kosher or do I have some recourse like making them buy them on the open market?
