They sold it to an unrelated third party.
Please reread the Press Release.

1.Rollout.
2.Royalties.
3.Product line.
4.No more defaults.
5.BLACK AND DECKER/KWIKSET.
6.FUJITSU.
Just some of the reasons this is a good company.
