"plans to release financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2007, before the market begins trading on August 14, 2007.

Management will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on August 14, 2007 to discuss the latest corporate developments and results.
