Harvard Learning Centers’ Shareholders Approve the Expansion of Its Board of Directors and Change in Its Chairman and President

Boca Raton, FL– July 18, 2007 – Harvard Learning Centers, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : HVLN), (the “Company”), announced today that at its Shareholders’ Meeting, July 17, 2007, (the “Meeting”), its shareholders voted to appoint an expanded Board of Directors to assist the Company as it aggressively pursues its expanded strategy. In addition, since Donald Platten, Chairman and President, announced at the Meeting that he had decided to relinquish all Company responsibilities, the shareholders approved a change in the Company’s President, who was subsequently also named the new Chairman of the Board.

The new members of the Board of Directors are Carl Campanelli, Tavarius, “T.J.”, Jackson, President of ASAP Athletics, Inc., Ted Landau, Marie Waddell and Peter Cooney. Mr. Campanelli will also serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Company.

Carl Campanelli, the new Chairman and President, said after the Meeting, “Expanding and realigning the Board of Directors will allow us to have the best possible counsel as we pursue this new direction while maintaining and growing our historic business. We believe that the Men’s Room, ASAP Athletics and our other youth-focused sports and fitness subsidiary, BSA Athletics, present immense revenue growth opportunities on which we can capitalize – locally, regionally and nationally.”

He added, “All of us who have been involved with the Company are indebted to Donald Platten for his considerable contribution and for his insightful guidance. We will miss his daily involvement, but are committed to execute his vision because we believe that his foresight of what the Company can become is right.”
