frankie, here is what baffles me.
i dont get why you dont understand this.
you have a note holder. the note holder wants 100% of the company. the lower the stock goes, the more it owns. why on earth would the note holder want the stock to go up?
right now the holder will own about 8.5 million DOLLARS worth of stock. at current price about 400,000,000 shares. eventually i think that would go up to over a billion as the stock drops more. then they want to finance more debt. bringing the total convertible likely to around 2 billion shares. then they reverse split the stock.
why would you get in the way? i dont mind if you enjoy that, but it confuses me.
see, i think the press releases are used to sell you stock. like with trnp. shares falling like rain. same here as there. when the turnaround company is trading for a fraction of cent, do not expect their subsidiary projects to be in your interest. you are not an insider.
but maybe you can buy at 2.5 cents and sell quckly at 3.5 cents. and make a few grand. i would not get that confused with a company that is suddenly going to do well for shareholders.
and yes, i think eventually you well exceed a billion shares here.
like turnip will exceed several billion. its a sign of poor management.
