I have had this on my watchlist for a month now and wanted to get a the feel of the price movement..This issue pretty much has been trading sideways for the last few weeks..This range of .009 brings on a good opportunity for your first entry.

The company since the beginning of 2007 has been selling shares for infrastructure and reason for the decline,but since March of this year has made a nice rebound north until the last couple of weeks which began trading sideways..As long as the company can keep a lid on dilution and I mean a minimum, these levels should hold.

They have a decent Oil and Gas Operations in the Northeast Oklahoma and this area is rich in this natural resource and should bode quite well for the company's bottom-line.

With energy prices moving higher and the much needed additional gas operations to serve the USA needs, the company could benefit as the economic climate for additional energy becomes critical in demand..The cost to bring this natural resource to the surface allows the company with it's enhanced recovery methods to go after abandoned and low-production oil properties, a major plus during these tough times.

Their share structure is quite attractive at 1 billion A/S and the O/S not sure on this since the TA is not releasing info..

However,I like recent announcement of their LOI for Team Services LLC and most recent LOI for Cementers Well Service, Inc brings the company well into the service sector and a nice addition..However, LOI are not conclusive yet,but certainly the company is on the right track.

As we move forward and the company continuous the follow through on these acquisitions and improves their drilling applications, then by fall, we could very well double from the current share price of .009.

My target is .02 by early fall.
