I looked at their articles of incorporation in nevada. Prior to last month the company had 100m shares in the AS. That means they can only issue up to 100m shares into the market. Last month they changed that to 490m shares. Plus I noticed there are preferred shares avaialble and we just dont know what that could be converted into
