Sulhoff, CEO, Advanced Healthcare Technologies (OTCBB:AVHC) of Omaha, Nebraska, announced today AVHC has completed the acquisition of 100% ownership interest in NutraTek Health Science Company. NutraTek, L.L.C. is a Utah Limited Liability Company, whose address is 859 West South Jordan Parkway, suite 104, South Jordan, Utah 84095.

Johnny Sanchez, NutraTek owner and President, has lead NutraTek into a unique opportunity marketing an effective Diabetes weight loss product and calorie-free sweetener in the billion dollar wellness business.
